Details :

• Signature of recipient required upon delivery (someone will have to be home to sign the collection of the parcel. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, the postman will leave a parcel collection slip. You can either call and arrange for a second delivery, or collect the parcel at the stated collection center)

• Pos Laju is a safer option as it's fully trackable & is covered by insurance (compensation by Pos Malaysia)

POS EXPRESS - (1 working days)

RM5 for West & East Malaysia.

Details :

• Bigger risk : No signature of recipient required upon delivery (postman will just drop it in your mailbox/ house porch). But it will be a convenient factor if you will not have anyone home to sign for the parcel.

• Not recommended if you do not have a mailbox

• Parcel is track-able, but there is no accurate detail on the parcel status and there will be no compensation if parcel is lost.

• Customers who opt for Pos Ekpres method are expected to use it at their own risk.

CASH ON DELIVERY (C.O.D)

• COD is available : Shah Alam , Subang Jaya , Sunway Pyramid and any LRT Station in KL =)

• Appointments must be made within 2 days upon order confirmation. Otherwise, priority will be given to next buyer in line.

• As usual, back-outs and no-shows are absolutely a NO-NO especially for COD appointments. We will be understandable if you really can't make it, and it's much appreciated if you would just drop us a note rather than you disappearing into thin are with us waiting around like stupid person.

Fill in our email (eykameow@yahoo.com) & provide item description so that we receive an official automated email from the bank / notify us and attach your proof of receipt (print screen of receipt)

Payment via cash ATM

Notify us and attach your proof of receipt (pic/scanned proof of receipt)

Interbank transfer

Takes 1-2 working days to clear. Items will only be sent after PAYMENT is CLEARED.

Important - Please DO NOT just inform us, “Hi, I already made the payment...” without any proof of automated email notification/ attachment of receipt. Payment will not be verified or confirmed and items will not be sent until proofs of payment are provided.
